Driving Tour to Lexington
For this tour, our driving chair likes to mix it up, and has a different path to take almost every time. This time, we will make our way toward Lexington by a quick run down a highway, peel off onto back roads and may even get lost! It is the perfect drive for a summer day. At the end, a group will likely choose a place for a quick bite. Be sure to join in the fun.
Event Details
Assembly Time: 10:00 AM - GEHA, 20201 E Jackson Drive, Independence, MO 64057 – Sign waivers.
Participant Meeting: 10:15 AM – All participants are required to attend the Driver’s Meeting. Don’t be late!
Departure: First cars leave at 10:30 AM – Route instructions: Ride with GPS app. The Driving Tour Chair can assist with access. Please note: There are separate routes to and from Lexington, MO. To complete the round trip with the group, you will need both the First Leg and Second Leg of the tour.
Driving Time: Approximately 1 hour 20 minutes, 84 miles
Rest Stop: Approximately 15 minutes at Family Dollar, 809 S Business Hwy 14, Lexington, MO 64067
Destination: GEHA, 20201 E Jackson Drive, Independence, MO 64057
