Driving Tour Olathe/Ice Cream Social

Get ready for a sweet summer drive! We’ll set out on a relaxed, scenic driving tour through the rolling countryside of Olathe—perfect roads, great views, and even better company. Our destination is the Beaver Pavilion at Lake Olathe, where a well-earned treat awaits.

At the pavilion, Sheridan’s Frozen Custard will be serving up rich, creamy, and downright irresistible ice cream sundaes. It’s the perfect way to cool off, catch up with friends, and enjoy a summer afternoon together.

Can’t make the driving tour? No problem! Join us at the Olathe Lake Beaver Pavilion Shelter House at 12:30 pm for ice cream and social time.

Whether you drive the route or just come for dessert, we’d love to see you there.

Assembly Time/Location: 10:00 AM 
- Fiorella’s Event Space, 9000 W. 137th Street, Overland Park, KS 66221. Sign waivers

Participant Meeting: 10:15 AM
 – All participants are required to attend the Driver’s Meeting. Don’t be late!

Departure: 10:30 AM
 – First cars leave

Rest Stop: Regroup location – Jassi Cleveland, 24702 State Rte. D, Cleveland, MO 64734 – 7 minutes

By registering for and participating in any of our driving events, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their involvement and accept full responsibility for their participation. All participants must complete and sign a PCA waiver form in person on paper. Please note that scheduled events are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
