If you are planning to bring a minor (person under 18) to a driving event, BOTH PARENTS must sign a Minor Waiver Form. There are no exceptions permitted. The Minor Waiver Form MUST BE PRINTED IN COLOR as required by PCA National. Present the signed form to the Driving Chair at the event.
